Lemon Chicken
Ingredients: 200 g chicken breast fillets. cut into large squares 1 / 2 tsp lemon juice 1 / 2 tsp salt 1 tsp sesame oil 1 egg, beaten 50 g cornstarch salt to taste Sauce Ingredients: 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tsp salt 2 1/2sdt granulated sugar 1 tablespoon water lemon juice 1 tablespoon lemon peel, slice length of 200 g water 1 1 / 2 teaspoon cornstarch, mix with a little water to thicken Method: 1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice, salt, sesame oil 2. Dip into egg, dredge in cornmeal mixture and salt. Fry until cooked. Set aside. 3. Heat the sesame oil, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Pour water.
